Policies & Terms
Terms of Payment:
A full deposit of flat fees is to be paid at least 7 days prior to the time of your scheduled session . For mediations, a $1,000 deposit will be paid at the time of signing the Elder Family Dialogue & Mediation Agreement at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled session. Credit will be applied toward time actually spent. Fees for additional time needed will be based on agreement of parties and mediator and will be paid at the beginning of each additional session. All participants share equally in the payment of the mediator's fees unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Amounts paid in advance and not spent will be refunded.

Rescheduling:
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to request a rescheduling of a particular session. There will be no charge for rescheduling when at least 48hours notice is given. If it is less than 48 hours notice is given or the session has already been rescheduled once before, there will be a rescheduling charge of $100.

Cancellation:
We ask that if you need to cancel a session that you do so at least 48 hours prior to the session. There will be no charge if you let us know more than 48 hours prior to the session. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours of the scheduled session you will be charged 50% of the cost for the session.
